Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Apex Martial Arts account and what happens to your data. The App is operated by Apex Martial Arts on the MartialMembers platform.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Apex Martial Arts app and sign in.
Go to Account (your profile / settings area).
Scroll to Delete account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out on all your devices and will no longer be able to log in.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you can't access the app, email info@apexma.co.uk from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process your request, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we:

Cancel any active membership subscription.
Remove the members in your household from active membership.
Anonymise your personal details — your name, email, phone, and address are erased or replaced with a non-identifying placeholder.
Permanently delete push-notification registrations so your devices stop receiving notifications.
Revoke all active login sessions and disable login for the account.

What we may keep

Any records we retain are kept in a tombstoned, anonymised form that no longer identifies you. We never see or store your full card details — payment cards are handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
